Mellow Mantle Return Policy
We want you to feel calm and confident when purchasing your Mellow Mantle. If for any reason the product is not the right fit, we offer a simple return process.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@mellowmantle.com to receive return instructions and a Return Authorization.
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The Mellow Mantle cape must be in like-new condition
- The item must include the original packaging
- All included accessories must be returned
Products showing signs of excessive wear, damage, or misuse may not qualify for a refund.
Aroma Pouches (Consumable Items)
For hygiene and freshness reasons, aroma pouches cannot be returned once opened.
If a return is requested for the cape after aroma pouches have been opened, the value of the opened aroma pouches will be deducted from the refund.
Unopened aroma pouches may be returned with the product.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return shipping will either be arranged by the customer or deducted from the refund if a return label is provided.
Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
Please include photos of the issue so we can assist you quickly.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a replacement item, please return the original product and place a new order.
